By accessing or using New World English, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

New World English provides an online platform connecting students with English teachers for language lessons. We facilitate booking, payment processing, and lesson delivery through third-party video conferencing tools.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Behave respectfully toward teachers and staff
  • Attend lessons on time or provide proper notice of cancellation

4. Payment Terms

Tokens are purchased in advance and never expire. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. All sales are final except as required by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

Lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the token used for booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by New World English and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

New World English shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
