New World English ("NWE", "we", "us", "our") operates the online language-learning platform accessible at nwenglish.com and all subdomains (the "Service"). The Service connects students with independent tutors for English-language lessons.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to the applicable terms β Student Terms for students, Tutor Terms for tutors, and both if you maintain accounts in each role. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Both sets of terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details.
